    Why is supplementation important ?

    You are the ‘best’ person who understand your own health condition especially if you lead an unhealthy way of life or eat an imbalanced diet. Definitely, there is a lack of certain nutriets which could affect your health. Therefore, supplementation can contribute towards a better health.

    Kenapakah pengamalan suplemen penting ?

    Anda adalah orang yang ‘terbaik’ yang faham akan keadan kesihatan anda sendiri terutama sekali jika ada anda mengamalkan gaya hidup yang sihat atau pemakanan yang tidak seimbang. Sudah pasti terdapat kekurangan zat-zat makanan yang tertentu yang boleh menjejaskan kesihatan anda. Maka, pengamalan suplemen boleh menyumbang ke arah kesihatan yang baik.

    Do I need to reduce my dailay food intake if I am taking supplementation ?

    It is important to note that supplementation is only to supplement or to complement your diet and not to replace your daily food intake. For a good health, you need to eat a balance diet;reduce your intake of sugar, fat and salt; eat more fiber like fruits and vegetables, and drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. Also, you  need to excersice and have enough sleep.

    Perlukah saya mengurangkan pengambilan makanan harian saya apabila saya mengamalkan makanan tambahan/supleman ?

    Perlu diingatkan bahawa pengambilan makanan tambahan/suplemen hanyalah sekadar tambahan kepada diet anda dan bukan menggantikan makanan harian anda. Untuk kesihatan yang baik, amalkan pemakanan yang seimbang; kurangkan pengambilan gula, lemak dan garam; lebihkan makanan berserat seperti buah-buahan dan sayur-sayuran, serta lebihkan minum air 6-8 gelas sehari. Juga, amalkan senaman dan dapatkan tidur yang mencukupi.
